Radja Nainggolan to Arsenal

Arsenal could kick off their new life without Arsene Wenger with the audacious signing of 29-year-old midfielder Nainggolan from Roma. According to The Sun, the Italian giants look set to cash in on their star player after making huge losses last year and it seems as though the North London club are prepared to outbid Manchester United and Chelsea to bring the Belgian midfielder to the Emirates.

Ryan Sessegnon to Manchester United

Fulham wonderkid Sessegnon will have a whole catalogue of offers to thumb through this summer but Manchester United are confident they're the most enticing. The Times claims the 17-year-old would prefer to stay in London but the Premier League giants are sure they can convince him to swap Craven Cottage for Old Trafford. Jose Mourinho is desperate for a new left-back this summer and Sessegnon could prove to be an ideal solution.

Gelson Martins to Tottenham

Tottenham are hoping to bolster their depth on either wing this summer with a bid for Sporting Lisbon forward Martins, according to the Daily Mirror. The 22-year old can play on either flank and has 13 goals to his name this season for the Portuguese side. Martins would provide ample support and competition to the likes of Erik Lamela, Lucas and Son Heung-Min as Mauricio Pochettino continues his quest for silverware at the club.

Marcos Alonso to Barcelona

Alonso, has been earmarked as the future successor to Gerard Pique at Barcelona, according to Goal. The Spanish giants have begun their search for a long-term replacement for the 31-year old and despite Alonso's limited experience at the centre of defence he is reportedly Barca's No.1 target. The 27-year-old defender spent a brief spell at centre-back while at Fiorentina, but has spent the vast majority of his career either at left-back or further forward in attacking roles.

Leroy Sane to Real Madrid

Real Madrid may have one foot in the Champions League final but the Spanish giants are already preparing for the summer transfer window, with Manchester City's Sane among their main targets, according to the Manchester Evening News. The champions are unlikely to entertain any offer for the former Schalke winger, who was named PFA Young Player of the Year last weekend. But City may have their resolve tested if Florentino Perez is adamant about signing the young German star.
