The allure of a big payday from the cash-rich owners in the Chinese Super League can be tempting for the world's top players, but Manchester United's Juan Mata is having none of it.

The Daily Mail reports that the former Chelsea player has been offered a £375,000-a-week deal to make a move to China.

But Mata, who has one year left on his contract at Old Trafford, wants to stay and is actually seeking an extension to carry on with Jose Mourinho's project.

The 29-year-old has been first choice for Mourinho is six of the team's seven matches to start the Premier League and the outlet reports his family are happy with life in Manchester to boot.

Flamengo's Lincoln sees stock rise

Another day, another star in the making in Brazil. The latest name you need to know is Lincoln, who plays for Flamengo and is currently on duty for the Selecao at the Under-17 World Cup in India.

Flamengo recently sold another talent waiting in the wings in Vinicius Jr to Real Madrid and this time around it's Los Blancos' rivals Barcelona who are looking to make a move, according to AS.

As was this case with Vinicius, who reportedly sold for €45 million, Lincoln won't come cheap. The Brazilian super club have a valuation of €30m for the forward who has scored three goals for Brazil in India as they try to reach the quarterfinals in a Wednesday match against Honduras.

Barca's Paco Alcacer in demand

Both Southampton and Lille are ready to make winter moves for Barcelona striker Paco Alcacer, says the Mirror.

The 24-year-old is not a regular part of Ernesto Valverde's plans at the Camp Nou and, according to the Mirror, talks have already begun between between Saints and Barca.

But not so fast, says Ligue 1 side Lille. Marcelo Bielsa's club have also turned a kind eye to the former Valencia man, who may not fancy a move to the south coast of England.

- Manchester United are keeping tabs on Spain under-21 left-back Aaron Martin, sources have told ESPN FC.

United scouts watched Martin, 20, play for Espanyol against Levante on Friday night and the club have asked to be kept informed of any developments regarding his future.
