Medeama midfielder Michael Helegbe has been linked with a move to Aduana Stars.
The 28-year-old has been told to look elsewhere after failing to impress during his one-year stay at the club.
Helegbe joined the Tarkwa-based side from Asante Kotoko and played a part in their debut CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
But the former Ghana Under-23 captain failed to win the side over and is now believed to be in talks with Aduana Stars.
The former Liberty Professionals enforcer has played for several clubs abroad including French side En Avant Guingamp, SK Brann of Norway and Belgian lower tier KV Oostende.
