Ghanaian youth international Frank Sarfo-Gyamfi will find out his fate at South African Premier Soccer League side Maritzburg United after the club revealed they are weighing up options for him.

The 20-year-old former Ghana U20 winger enjoyed limited playing time at the Pietermaritzburg-based club as he made just 10 league appearances in the just ended season.

With his compatriot Yakubu Mohammed already released by the club, they have confirmed they are considering the fate of the former Wa All Stars winger.

“He is still with us for now but we are weighing up our options based on the fact that he is a foreign player,” Maritzburg boss Farook Kadodia said.

Gyamfi came close to joining Ghanaian champions Asante Kotoko last season but the deal fall through and he returned to join the club.
