Medeama striker Bernard Ofori rattled in a header for Azam FC in their 3-1 friendly win over Ruvu Shooting in Tanzania on Monday night as the Ghanaian seeks to earn a contract at the club.
Ofori opened the scoring for the giants before Khamis Mcha scored the second through the spot kick following a challenge on compatriot Enoch Attah Agyei.
Fellow Ghanaian Samuel Afful, who came on in the second half completed the rout.
Ofori, a former New Edubiase attacker, impressed heavily at the Azam Complex in Dar es Salam with the technical team expected to take a decision on his long-term future on Tuesday.
Azam FC will provide evaluation on the striker as the club give the players a two-week vacation to prepare for the second round of the league which starts on December 3.
