Italian side Udinese are said to be monitoring Ghana striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom, according to Tuttomercatoweb.

Boakye, owned by Italian champions Juventus, is on loan at Spanish La Liga side Elche and has been impressive.

Les Zebrettes are in search of a striker after struggling for goals this term in the Serie A.

The 21-year-old, who has scored four goals in 24 appearances, could be heading to the Stadio Fruili.

Boakye is not new to Italian football after playing for Genoa in the top-flight and a successful two-year loan spell at Sasssuolo, where he scored 11 goals to help them gain promotion.

Hey what is going on with RBY off late? He's been struggling to command a place in the Elche starting line up and has been restricted to cameo appearances in recent times which has resulted into his long term goal drought. He gotta back up cuz I see him to be one of the candidates for the strikers position in the BS, he needs to start banging in the goals like he always does.
