Ghana Goran Stevanovic remains unbeaten but the Serb is not getting carried away with all the plaudits following the Black Stars 3-1 win over Congo in the Group I Nations Cup qualifier in Kumasi on Friday.

The Serbian tactician kept his impressive record since taking over as the Black Stars coach January after another attacking football game plan silenced a plucky Congo side.

The win bettered his record to three wins and one draw and no defeat.

The Black Stars have scored a total of seven goals in the last three matches since the Serb took charge but the ex-Partizan Belgrade boss wants to remain cautious and not caught up in the wind.

"Let us not get over our heels and take it step by step because the road to the top is pretty difficult but we’ll work hard to achieve that,"

"I like the fact that we shown we have quality players who can score goals and I’m happy with the progress. We need to work on the team and some few areas but I'm positive we'll get there."

Stevanovic will lead his players to Seoul where they play South Korea on 7 June.
