Information gathered by GHANAsoccernet.com suggests that some unidentified individuals are plotting to disrupt Hearts of Oak’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday.

The meeting of shareholders of the Accra-based club has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday at the Accra International Conference Center at 9am.

Officials of the club have however been tipped off with this information, per GHANAsoccernet.com checks have revealed.

Some disgruntled fans of the Phobians who are agitating for the exit of the current board are said to be planning to form a chaotic atmosphere around the Accra International Conference Center to ensure the meeting is postponed.

The club however remains unfazed by these threats and are forging ahead with plans to hold the meeting on Wednesdaymorning.

They are however making provision for enhanced security at the venue with particular emphasis on protecting board chairman Togbe Afede XIV.

The AGM of Hearts comes just off the heels of a vote of no confidence passed in the current board by the Western Regional Chapter's Committee.

The regional supporter's wing have resolved to have the board led by Togbe Afede XIV sacked over alleged incompetence in the management of the club.
