Ben Koufie is overly confident that Ghana's hopes of achieving an identical brand of football can be realized.

Coaches drawn from all the national teams have begun a three-day coordinated course at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram with the sole purpose of developing a national training grid with identical philosophies, methodology and application, culminating in all teams playing exactly the same style.

Koufie, a resource person and the Chairman of GFA Technical Development committee who opened the training course, expressed believe that the course will help the nation improve its unique style of play.

"Our style of play should run through all our teams be it the male or the female national teams and we are confident that this course will help achieve that", he said.

The course which will end on Wednesday will involve lectures and practical exercises, ‘Systems’ and tactics of the game, as well as practical coaching at the high level.

Other resource persons for the course include Kwesi Appiah, Anthony K. Edusei (CAF Instructor), Prof. J.K. Mintah (Psychologist), Francis Oti-Akenteng (CAF Instructor/Coordinator) and Sam Arday (Presenter).
