Veteran coach Herbert Addo is advising Ghanaian coaches to go abroad for challenges.

The 2010 Ghana Premier League winning coach with Aduana Stars wants the many certified trainers to look elsewhere.

''The GFA has organized courses for local coaches; we have over 200 License ‘A’ coaches who are just hanging,'' Addo told Starr FM.

''It’s about time they leave the shores of Ghana to go and look for opportunities somewhere. Because when you stay here, you will just waste your career.''
