Ghana defender Baba Rahman has thanked fans of German side Augsburg for their support as he leaves to join English champions Chelsea.Â
The talented left-back spent just one season at the club where he made 31 league appearances and helped them to qualify for the Europa.
Rahman, 21, completed his move to Stamford Bridge on Sunday as both clubs announced the deal.
