Ghana forward David Accam helped Bastian Schweinsteiger make an impact in Major League Soccer this past weekend by assisting the German legend’s debut goal for Chicago Fire.
Accam, who has said to be delighted to have Schweinsteiger as teammate, provided the perfect assist for him to steal the show and the plaudits on MLS debut.
Just 17 minutes into his MLS debut, the Chicago midfielder headed home at the back post off a brilliant David Accam cross to make it 1-0 over the Montreal Impact.
But the game ended 2-2 as both teams shared the honours at the Toyota arena.
