Ghana's troubled midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng has demonstrated that he can comfortably follow in the footsteps of legend Bob Marley by immaculately singing a reggae tune to serenade his girlfriend.

Despite being axed by German side Schalke, Boateng looks to be in great mood while on holidays.

The Schalke midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng sings a reggae song to his girlfriend Melissa while vacationing showing he has got talent in the music industry if football won't work.

He will surprise you with his voice.

Boateng posted from holiday his base via Twitter a video of how he perfectly sings a popular reggae tune in Africa for his girlfriend Melissa Satta.

This shows he can follow in the big footsteps of Bob Marley with his immaculate voice.

With classic "Cocody Rock" from Ivorian reggae ace Alpha Blondy, Boateng proves not only conversant with the lyrics, but also quite a decent voice.

Summer, sun and reggae - Boateng can be happy despite his weak season and suspension won't spoil his mood.

With girlfriend Melissa and son Maddox, Kevin-Prince Boateng is currently on holiday in the Italian resort of Sardinia.
