Hearts of Oak were at the the family house of their former midfielder Uriah Asante on Sunday to mourn his death.

The contingent included the playing body, technical team and newly appointed youth team coach Sergio Traguil.

Hearts administrative manager Hackman Aidoo and spokesperson Kwame Opare Addo were present.

Asante died last week in Accra from a reported cardiac arrest at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.

He played two seasons for the Phobians, on loan from Pure Joy FC, before moving to Tunisian side Etiole du Sahel.
