Dreams FC were held to a 1-1 draw by Ebusua Dwarfs at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday in the Zylofon Cash Ghana Premier League.
The home side, Dreams FC dominated the play from the onset and deservedly took the lead in the 10th minute through captain Leonard Owusu.
Owusu beat the trap and collected a pass from Samuel Alarbi before rounding up the goalkeeper for the opener.
But they took their eyes off the ball and Dwarfs came back into the game.
Just before the half-time whistle, Michael Asamoah headed in a corner kick for the equalizer.
In the second stanza, not a lot of scoring chances were created but Dwarfs Bright Lukeman went on a break but his goal attempt took a deflection and was picked up by goalkeeper

Dwarfs squandered a late counter attack to win the match at the death.
This result means Dreams FC will finish the first half of the league with 24 points and confirms a stay in the top four ahead of the second round.
