Dutch-born Ghanaian forward Johnathan Opoku Agyemang has completed his transfer from FC Oss to rivals VVV Venlo for an undisclosed fee, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

The 25-year-old completed his move on Friday evening by putting pen to paper to seal a two-season move to the club who are pushing for promotion to the Dutch top-flight.

VVV Venlo Sporting Director explains the club acquired Opoku for his impressive scoring form which saw him rake in 16 goals for Oss last season.

"Opku played last season very strongly at FC Oss", technical business consultant Stan Valckx. "He was therefore voted best player at the club four times by his colleagues at the club. He has the mask forward and a huge scoring ability at his position."

He spent two seasons at Veendam before leaving to join Oss.
