Wa All Stars say their thoughts are with the Asante Kotoko fraternity after one person died in a fatal bus accident on Wednesday night.

The Porcupine Warriors were returning to Kumasi after their 1-0 defeat at Inter Allies.

The club's team bus rammed into a stationary vehicle which claimed the life of deputy equipment manager with several coaches and players injured.

''We are deeply saddened by the news of a road accident in Nkawkaw involving your Club that has claimed the life of a member of your technical team,'' a statement signed by General Manager Seth Panwum read.

''Wa All Stars Football Club joins the rest of the football community in mourning the tragic and untimely loss of your Equipment officer.

''The thoughts of everyone at Wa All Stars Football Club are with Asante Kotoko Sporting Club and all those affected by the tragedy in Nkawkaw.''
