Wa All Stars striker Richard Arthur has attributed his impressive scoring form in the Ghana premier league to the confidence reposed in him by teammates.

He was on target as All Stars returned to win column with great win over Inter Allies.

Arthur has scored four goals this season, three behind top scorer Latif Blessing, which has earned him a call up to local Black Stars squad to face Japan.

However, the young man believes without the support of teammates he would not be dominating headlines.

"I might be making headlines with my goals but it all boils down to the team first. My colleagues have made to believe I can do it at any stage if I wanted to,” Arthur said.

"They keep telling me I am the best forward and that I should help them win matches with my goals. This has actually played a positive role in my form so far."
