Michael Essien has a goodish debut season in Indonesia with Persib Bandung after scoring five goals in 29 appearances.
Essien moved to the Asian country as a marquee signing with a lot of buzz surrounding his deal.
He quickly adapted to life and played some good football for Persib who finished 13th on the league table.
The former Chelsea, Real Madrid and AC Milan player made his presence count for the Ligue 1 side.
