West Brom skipper Fletcher: Pulis won\'t let us relax

West Brom skipper Darren Fletcher says there's been no relaxing during their free weekend.

The Baggies were given four days off after the 2-2 draw with West Ham to spend time with their families before Pulis brought the players back in last Thursday.

“We're getting beasted so he's definitely bringing us back down to earth," said Fletcher. “That's the way it should be.

“Great managers are constantly driving their squad and not letting their squad rest on their laurels.

“Yes, you're doing well but it's all about the next game.

“I've been there before and it's always about looking forward and looking up and thinking 'can you keep progressing?'

“He's experienced and he knows exactly what he's doing.

“He prides himself and we pride ourselves on the fact that we run a lot and we're right up there in the league (on running statistics)."
