West Ham line up Zaza to replace injured Ghana star Andre Ayew

West Ham are reported to be considering a loan move for Zaza as replacement for injured Andre Ayew.

The Hammers were keen on signing Zaza but the arrival of Ayew put the move off, however According to Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, the Hammers have reopened their pursuit for the Juventus forward.

West Ham will offer a loan with an obligation to buy after a pre-determined amount of appearances made by Zaza.

Ayew has been ruled out of action for four months due to injury sustained on his debut against Chelsea. He suffered a muscle strain in his thigh and had to be stretchered off five minutes after the half hour mark.
