Ex-Hearts of Oak playmaker Winful Cobbinah is quickly making impact in the Saudi Arabian top-flight after scoring his second goal in three games for Najran as they hammered Al Shoalah 3-1 on Friday afternoon.

After providing an assist in his first game for the relegation-threatening, Cobbinah has now taking Najran's revival into his hands, scoring twice to marshal two back-to-back wins.

The 23-year-old has assisted Brazilian international Jandson to score twice in each halve before grabbing his own-goal in the 79th minute at the Al-Ukhdood Stadium.

Though attendance in Najran for the home fans was not very encouraging as just over 500 fans attended the game, Cobbinah thrilled the few fans on attendance with a silky move that resulted in the goal.

Shoalah, who have now slumped to the relegation-zone had two Ghanaians in action - former Berekum Chelsea defender Ahmed Adams and attacker Samuel Owusu.
