Ghana have been handed a tricky draw for the 2018 World Cup as the will face Egypt, Congo and Uganda in the final round of qualifiers for the tournament in Russia.

The Black Stars were drawn to play in Group E where the clash between them and Egypt will be the highlight of the group.

It will be a rematch after the Black Stars thrashed the Pharaohs  7-3 aggregate to reach the 2014 World Cup finals.

Despite beating the Egyptians, the Pharaohs have been in fine form in recent times with several young players excelling for European sides.

The Black Stars face another tricky opponents in Uganda who beat the Ghana in the qualifiers for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

Congo have also been boosted by the presence of several stars in their squad born abroad and could cause some problems for Ghana.

Despite being drawn with the formidable Pharaohs, Ghana can still breathe a sigh of relief after as they will not be facing some of the toughest sides.
