The Asante Kotoko intelligent midfielder  had been linked with a move to rivals Hearts after he fell out of favour at the Ghanaian champions.

The Kumasi-based side were willing to sell their exciting enfocer to their sworn rivals after accepting an official proposal from the capital-based side.

But Hearts have been unable to meet his asking prize which is understood be around 80,000 Ghana Cedis.

GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal that the 24-year-old former Tema Youth man is no more anxious on a move to the 2000 African Champions side and rather focused on restoring his broken relationship with the club’s top hierarchy.

Mohammed played a bit part role in Kotoko’s Premier League success last season.
