Yaw Acheampong cautions AshGold against youthful Amidaus threats

Posted On Wednesday, 24th October 2012

AshGold coach Yaw Acheampong has cautioned his side ahead of their clash with Amidaus

AshGold trainer Joachim Yaw Acheampong is fully aware of the threats posed by a youth Amidaus Professionals side ahead of their promising mid-week fixture.

Acheampong is worried that the new-comers’ youthful exuberance and mental strength could possibly be the deciding factor when they clash at the Len Clay Stadium on Wednesday.

“Most of their players are young guys so we have to be very alert playing against a side like that,” the former AshGold captain told Accra-based Happy FM.

The Miners are yet to record a win in the new season and have picked three points from their opening three games of the campaign.

Amidaus are in sixth place with four.
