Newly-appointed Inter Allies coach Yaw Acheampong says he’s not under any pressure to succeed at the club.

The former Ashantigod trainer has been appointed to replace Herbert Addo who has since joined Hearts of Oak.

The ex-Ghana international has been tasked with the arduous responsibility of retaining their top-flight status.

Acheampong says he will not buckle under expectations following the feat of his predecessor.

“There is no pressure at all as far as I’m concerned. There is work to be done and that’s what I’m focused on at the moment,” he said

“Inter Allies is a promising club with huge potential and if you look at how they performed last season, you can only pray that they will get better.

“There is lots of work to be done like I said. I have enjoyed tremendous support from the management and I believe things will work out.”
