Eugene Ansah is confident Lokeren would bounce back

Ghanaian youth attacker Eugene Ansah is confident KSC Lokeren would bounce back from a humiliating opening day at Club Brugge in the Belgian Pro League play-offs.

The Belgian Cup title-winners were condemned to a 5-1 defeat at the Jan Breydelstadion and have slipped to 5th in a six-team table.

But the 19-year-old form Liberty Professionals forward is sure Lokeren will atone for their defeat at Club Brugge with victory over Genk on Saturday.

"We will bounce back from that defeat and do well. It wasn't good we lost by that margin but we will make sure we beat Genk to appease ourselves," he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

Lokeren have already qualified for the Europa League competition for next season but are eying a double as they have targeted winning the league title.
