Stoke City and West Brom have re-ignited their interest in Ghana striker Jordan Ayew.

According to L'Equipe, the two English side are keen on are keen on the free-scoring attacker.

The 22-year-old spent the last six months on loan at Sochaux, ending the season with five goals in his final 10 appearances.

He has been on international duty with Ghana this week, scoring a hat-trick in a 4-0 demolition of South Korea, who were using the game as their final warm-up for the World Cup.

Ayew is expected to be Ghana’s secret weapon at the World Cup with uncertainty hanging around injured Abdul Majeed Waris.
