Ghana FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi says heââ¬â¢s gaining self-belief as the 2014 FIFA World Cup draws closer.
The Africans will play against old foes USA and Germany as well as Portugal in a group touted as the ââ¬Ëgroup of deathââ¬â¢.
The Black Stars have managed wins over the Americans in the past two editions of the global showpiece while suffering a narrow defeat against the Germans in South Africa 2010.
Ghana FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi says heââ¬â¢s canââ¬â¢t wait for the tournament to get underway.
ââ¬ÅI am beginning to see a sign. Everything is falling in place. We are in a difficult group but the signs are good,â⬠he told Accra-based Peace FM
ââ¬ÅItââ¬â¢s good everybody is coming together for the nation and thatââ¬â¢s very exciting for us.
ââ¬ÅWe have always been touted as the underdogs but we always surpass expectations. We must keep working hard and Iââ¬â¢m confident weââ¬â¢ll achieve our target.ââ¬
The Black Stars will play local select side in a preparatory game on Friday at the Accra sports stadium.
