The Black Stars are arranging to play either Al Ain or Al Ahli Dubai Club in a pre-2019 Africa Cup of Nations friendly next month.
That warm-up match will finalize Ghana's preparations for the Nations Cup this June in Egypt.
If confirmed, the match will be played at their camping base in Dubai.
Ghana have already confirmed a friendly against Nations Cup finalists South Africa.
Kwesi Appiah's side will be in the Gulf in the first week of June to start preparing.
Ghana will face Benin, Guinea Bissau and defending champions Cameroon in Group F.
