2020/21 Ghana Premier League: WAFA kid Forson Amankwah named Man of the Match in King Faisal clash.

WAFA midfielder Forson Amankwah was adjudged Man of the Match in their slim 4-3 win over King Faisal at home in their opener.

Amankwah was key in the middle of the park and ensured the Academy Boys where always in-charge.

They took the lead in the 17th minute through defender Konadu Yiadom before Kwame Peprah levelled for the visitors.

Just after the break, Godwin Agbevor put the Academy Boys in front again and Daniel Lomotey scored a quick brace.

But King Faisal did not throw their hands up in despair and caused a massive scare with goals from Wadudu Yakubu and Peprah.
