One time Ghana Premier League champions Berekum Chelsea will welcome mega rich Accra-based Legon Cities on Sunday in their first game of the second round.
Chelsea, the 2010 champions, had a very difficult first round and will be hoping to compensate for that in the second half of the campaign beginning with their match against Legon Cities.
Only two points separate the two clubs with Berekum Chelsea lying 12 on the table and the Royals just a place above relegation.
The Blues were less busy in the second transfer window as compared to their rivals for tomorrow's game.
Legon Cities have boosted their squad with the signing of prolific Nigerien attacker Victorien Adebayor, whose last visit to the Golden City Park ended with a brace following a spectacular performance. He was then an Inter Allies player.
Apart from Adebayor, The Royals boast of some of the best players on the local scene, having earlier acquired Hans Kwoffie and legendary Ghanaian forward Asamoah Gyan.
Coach Bashir Hayford has been left with the arduous task of ensuring the fine talents at his disposal gel perfectly
Meanwhile, Seth Hoffman who is in charge of the 'Biribies' will be more concerned about climbing up the table, having started well since assuming the role.
Berekum Chelsea will also be reliant on the experience of Emmanuel Clottey, Jordan Opoku and Richard Kissi Boateng.
However, a lot will be expected of lethal attacker Stephen Amankona.
The first game between the two sides ended in a goalless stalemate in Accra.
Prediction: Berekum Chelsea 1-1 Legon Cities
