King Faisal secured a vital away win against Inter Allies at the Theatre of Dreams in this matchday 21 fixture played on Sunday.

The two teams are bottom on the league table and needed to pick all three points to enhance their chances of surviving.

Zubairu Ibrahim scored the only goal of the game in the 23rd minute to give King Faisal the lead in the first half.

King Faisal held on the home side who have adopted the Theater of Dreams in Dawu as their new home, with the 1-0 lead to end the first half of the game.

Back from recess, Inter Allies introduced Richard Arthur, Mohammed Zakari and Sunday Kalu to strengthen their upfront with hopes of leveling the score.

The 'Insha Allah boys' were determined to win the game and were resolute in defence in the second half.

Inter Allies came close to getting the equalizer through Richard Arthur but his effort was saved by on loan Kotoko goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad.

King Faisal is levelled up on points with Eleven Wonders 22 points after the win but still bottom on the league table.

Inter Allies may be facing relegation after losing their 13th game of the campaign having accumulated 16 points.
