George Asamoah scored the only goal as Ebusua Dwarfs compounded the woes of bottom side Inter Allies to keep the pressure on coach Felix Aboagye.
The host wasted no time in taking the lead after Alhaji Seidu beat his marker to lay the ball for Asamoah who twisted and turned before finding the top corner.
Dwarfs continued to dominate but struggled to add to their lead in the first half.
But captain Dennis Korsah missed a 70 lth minute penalty, after Inter Allies goalkeeper Gideon Ahenkorah strongly punched his effort away.
Inter Allies created decent chances to get the equaliser, however, Dwarfs defended resolutely to stop any last minute leveler.
The win keeps the Crabs off the relegation zone but further deepens Inter Allies' position.
The Eleven is to One Boys have struggled this season and it will take a magnificent comeback to see them avoid the drop.
