2021/22 Ghana Premier League Week 22: Match Preview – Great Olympics vs WAFA
Great Olympics

Great Olympics suffered one of their heaviest defeat in Premier League history last week and that brought them down to earth.

The Wonder Club were hammered 5-2 at Dreams FC and must bounce back on Wednesday when they host relegation contenders WAFA.

It ended fine run of four wins and draw.

Olympics have been decent this season as they lie fourth on the table but their collapse two weeks ago has left a scar.

On the bright side, coach Annor Walker and his charges have won their last four matches at home against  King Faisal, Elmina Sharks, RTU and Legon Cities.

WAFA are on the road for the second consecutive time and time seems to be running out for the academy boys.

They sit third-bottom on the table with 21 points.

In their last fixture, WAFA lost 2-1 to Legon Cities at the El Wak Stadium in Accra and it does not like things will improve.

Before that was another 2-1 defeat to Hearts of Oak in the Capital.

They are still without away win this season.
