Asante Kotoko will look to extend their lead at the top of the table with a victory over struggling Aduana Stars at Kumasi's Baba Yara Stadium.
Kotoko can go 11 points clear of second-placed Bechem United, who were held to a 1-1 draw by Hearts of Oak on Saturday.
The Porcupine Warriors won last week at WAFA to snap a two-game losing streak and are favourites to pick up another three points.
Aduana has been surprisingly bad since mid-March, going winless in seven straight games.
Aduana was thought to be a strong contender, but their inability to win any of their last seven games has left them 14 points behind.
They are, however, confident of putting in a strong performance to defeat Kotoko.
Kotoko stunned Aduana earlier this season with a 2-0 victory in Dormaa. Aduana will be hoping for a similar or better scoreline to avenge the loss and return to winning ways.
