2021/22 Ghana Premier League: Week 4 Match Preview - WAFA vs Legon Cities
WAFA

WAFA look like a side in trouble after going three matches without a win in the Ghana Premier League.

Their last visit- to Real Tamale United- was enveloped with a 2-0 defeat in Tamale and that has left them dis-figured. It has been two defeats on the road.

On Sunday when they host Legon Cities, there will be nothing sufficient like bagging the points and getting their campaign back on track.

Head coach Guillermo Hamdan Zaragora will be chasing his first top-flight points after drawing with Hearts of Oak at home and losing last week.

The Academy Boys are still trying to find the correct mix for the season after losing mercurial talent Augustine Boakye, Enock Asubonteng, Nii Gyashie Bortey at the end of the season.

Legon Cities have one win, one draw and one defeat from their opening three matches and this will be their first 'official' road trip.

They have played all their matches at the Accra Sports Stadium against Hearts of Oak, RTU and Great Olympics.

Maxwell Konadu's side will have to be on top of their game to stop the Academy Boys who are exhilarating to watch on the astro-turf.
