Aduana Stars got the better of the Bono Derby on Sunday as they beat Berekum Chelsea at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park in the Ghana Premier League matchday nine.

All five goals came in the second with Emmanuel Gyamfi netting a brace on his return from suspension.

The victory takes Aduana's winning streak to six games and also take charge of the top spot temporarily as King Faisal Babes is yet to play their game.

Aduana trainer Joseph Asare Bediako made just one alteration to the team that beat AshantiGold SC 1-0 in Obuasi in the last round.

Emmanuel Gyamfi returned from suspension to take his place in the starting lineup as he replaced Benjamin Tweneboah.

Chelsea gaffer Moses Cofie altered the team that saw off WAFA SC with a 2-0 victory in Berekum in midweek with three changes.

Nasiru Osman Ebla and Evans Obeng earned starting places coming in for Isaac Kwakye Osei and Paul Attah Agyei respectively.

Edwin Kuffour Asamoah was handed his very first start of the season as he took the place of Lord Amoah in the starting lineup.

Gyamfi got the breakthrough for the Ogya Boys in the 67 minute.

The experienced winger doubled the advantage for the hosts five minutes later before Sam Adams added the 3rd goal in the 86th minute.

The Bibires pulled one back on the stroke of full-time with Stephen Anokye Badu scoring against his former employers from the spot.

Isaac Kwakye Osei climbed off the bench to get the consolation for Chelsea in the additional minutes of the match.
