2021 AFCON Qualifiers: Ghana defender Jonathan Mensah joins Black Stars camp

Columbus Crew captain Jonathan Mensah has been invited to join the Black Stars camp as they begin preparations for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations double-header next month.

The Black Stars face South Africa and São Tomé and Principe in the next round of matches.

Ghana coach Charles Kwabla Akonnor has handed calls ups to 32 locally based players to begin campaign on Monday.

Mensah who is currently on holidays as the Major League Soccer is on break has been invited to join the team.
