Ghana will play against Zimbabwe in their next matches in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifications next month in a doubleheader.

The Black Stars will host the Warriors in the first of the doubleheader on Tuesday 5 October 2021 at the Babayara stadium in Kumasi or the Cape Coast stadium.

Ghana will then travel to Zimbabwe for the next game scheduled for Saturday 9 October 2021 at the National Stadium in Harare.

The last meeting between the two countries was during the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations where Zimbabwe beat Ghana 2-1 at the Port Said stadium in Egypt.

Ghana managed a slim win over Ethiopia in the opening fixture of the qualifications last Friday with a 1-0 scoreline through a Mubarak Wakaso belter.

The Black Stars suffered a disappointing 1-0 loss to South Africa in the second round fixture at the FNB stadium in Johannesburg on Monday.
