The head coach of the Black Stars, Otto Addo has confirmed that his players are ready for the must-win encounter against Sudan on Thursday, October 10.
Ghana will host Sudan tomorrow in the first of two games this month in the qualifiers for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
Speaking at a pre-match press conference on Wednesday, Ghana coach Otto Addo noted that his players have trained well, adding that every player is fit and ready for the clash against Sudan.
“Everybody is ready. Surely, we have some issues here and there but the medical team has done well. Today everybody is training and we hope to have everyone ready to play tomorrow,” Coach Otto Addo said.
The first Group F meeting between Ghana and Sudan on Thursday will kick off at 4 pm at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Currently 3rd on the Group F standings of the 2025 AFCON Qualifiers, the Black Stars need to fight for all three points against Sudan.
The Black Stars will subsequently travel to Libya for the second fixture of the tie.
