Ghanaian midfielder Abraham Kudemor scored the solitary goal for his side Sporting Charleroi who piped Kortrijk 1-0 in the Belgian Pro League on Sunday.

The 27-year-old made light-work of two Kortrijk defenders before rifling home the winner for Charleroi in the 80th minute mark.

The win has lifted Charleroi to 11th place on the table.

Elsewhere, injury forced Daniel Opare to miss Standard Liege's 3-1 victory over Waasland-Beveren at the Stade Maurice Dufrasne.

Abdul Iddi Yakini watched from the bench as KV Mechelen drew 3-3 with leaders Club Brugge.

There was neither Rahim Ayew nor Cofie Bekoe in Lierse SK's side that drew 1-1 at Mons.

Bekoe was serving suspension while Rahim is nursing an injury.

New signing Bernard Kumordzi did not make an appearance in Racing Genk's 1-0 victory over Lokeren.
