AC Milan reject Napoli interest in forward

A potential move for AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca to Napoli looks set to crumble as the club’s management have rejected an exit.

Bacca has made no secret of his desire to play in the Champions League and had recently been linked to moves to the English Premier League, and now Napoli also expressed their desire to use his services as a possible replacement for Gonzalo Higuain, who looks likely to leave for Juventus.

According to Sky Italia, however, the response from the Rossoneri was a negative one, as they would only be willing to sell the Colombian international for €30 million, while the Partenopei could only offer €20m plus Omar El Kaddouri.

The Diavolo are hoping to get as much cash as possible as they look to strengthen their chances of a positive summer transfer window, while the ongoing Chinese takeover is limiting their available funds.
