Ghana striker Dominic Adiyiah has been dropped from AC Milan's 22-man squad for their pre-season training in the United States, paving way for his exit.

The 19-year-old has been linked with a loan move to either Hannover 96 and FSV Mainz 05 in the German Bundesliga after a difficult half season at the San Siro.

Adiyiah moved to the Italian Serie A side in January this year after win the Golden Shoe and Golden Ball awards at the 2009 Fifa Under-20 World Cup.

He was included in Milan's squad that played at the Emirates Cup in London but was an unused substitute.

New Milan coach Maximiliano Allegri seems unimpressed by his work ethic.

Trio- Ambrosini, Pirlo, Ronaldinho and Inzaghi- excluded from the list will follow a personalised training programme at Milanello.

Adiyiah has been invited for Ghana's friendly against South Africa on 11 August in Johannesburg.
