Midfielder Enoch Adu Kofi is delighted to have clinched his first major career silverware but says playing for Ghana will be his greatest achievement.

The 21-year-old helped N Nordsjaelland win its first Danish League title after securing a 3-0 win over Horsens on Wednesday night.

The unprecedented feat seals automatic qualification to the group stage of next season's Uefa Champions League for the Farum-based side.

And though excited by the prospects of playing in the prestigious competition, Adu Kofi insists nothing beats featuring for the Black Stars.

"It's a fantastic feeling winning the league because we have worked so hard throughout the season for this so I really want to thank God for this achievement," he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

"Am excitingly looking forward to playing in the Champions League because it is where all the best players in Europe play but my dream is to play for my motherland.

"Winning the league is a great feeling and for that I thank God but I believe playing for your nation is even more fulfilling so I hope to one day play for the Black Stars."

Adu Kofi was a key member of the Ghana U-17 squad that featured in the 2007 World Cup in South Korea.

He has seen his club career revived since joining from French side OGC Nice in 2010 where he had limited opportunities.
