Ghanaian champions Aduana Stars are confident of hosting the Caf Champions League second leg preliminary qualifying round tie against Moroccan side Wydad Casablanca at their home ground.

There are concerns the Agyemang Badu II Park in Dormaa Ahenkro may not meet Caf's specifications for the flagship club competition.

But the club insist they have done enough work on the venue to merit Caf's approval.

"What we know is that we have done a lot of good work on the stadia and we believe we meet the normal requirement from Caf to host WAC on Sunday," Management member Kofi Manu disclosed.

"As far as we are concerned we’re preparing feverishly for the big game at Dormaa Ahenkro and so fans should be rest assured that we qualify to use the Agyemang Badu II Park for the game."

Aduana must overturn a 3-0 deficit from the first leg to progress to the 1/16 stage.

The Moroccan side are expected to arrive in the country on Wednesday before they fly out to Sunyani.

If they advance, they will meet either Mighty Barolle of Liberia or Nigeria's Kano Pillars.
