Aduana striker James Abban swats aside SACK rumours

Aduana Stars striker James Kwame Abban has denied reports that he has been transfer-listed by the 2010 champions, insisting he is rather not interested in renewing his contract.

Reports have emerged that the Dormaa-based club have transfer-listed ten senior players including James Abban but the player insists those reports are false and he is still a player of Aduana Stars.

According to the former Hearts of Oak striker, he had a two-year contract with the club which has expired and not that the club has transfer-listed him.

“It is totally false that I have been put on transfer. Whoever said that is a liar. I have not been transfer-listed by the club and I am still their player,” Abban said in an interview.

“I had a two-year contract with the club and it has ended. I have decided not to renew it. So anyone who says I have been transfer-listed is not telling the truth.”

Aduana Stasrs finished third on the table and are making frantic efforts to win the league next season.
