Aduana Stars assistant coach Paul W. O. Tandoh is facing a sack from the club following an "uncultured" comments he passed on Maxwell Konadu.
Tandoh described the Asante Kotoko SC trainer as a "village coach" in a radio interview following their league meeting on Wednesday in Dormaa Ahenkro.
According to communication director of the club Evans Oppong, his outfit have apologized to Konadu and his club Asante Kotoko SC.
Oppong also emphasized that Aduana Stars distance themselves from the statement made by Tandoh on radio last night
"Aduana Stars would like to distance ourselves from the comments of coach W. O. Paul Tandoh, it doesn't represent our views, it's his own personal view," he told Fox FM
"We apologize to Asante Kotoko, to coach Maxwell Konadu, to the Coaches Association and all affected parties.
"We as a club will take a decision on him and it could be any decision; we could suspend him or make a new appointment of a new coach to replace him".
Aduana Stars are currently sitting on the third position in the Ghana Premier League after 11 rounds.
