Aduana Stars defender Caleb Amankwah has revealed that his first transfer fee included ten footballs and an exchange of three players.

The stalwart defender disclosed his first move was during his colts days, where his team (Mighty Stars) accepted ten footballs and agreed an exchange of three players to agree to his move to Corners.

The lanky player has not looked back since, going to become one of the best guardsmen in the country, having played for WAFA and now Aduana Stars.

"My first transfer was 10 balls and 1 set of jersey to Corners with 3 other players," he told Sikka Sports.

Amankwa enjoyed a good season with the 'Ogya Boys' this season before the campaign was truncated on Tuesdya, winning several Man of the the Match awards.

He was outstanding in games against Medeama SC and Asante Kotoko, courting the interest of the latter.

"There was pressure on me to join Asante Kotoko," he said.

The 22-year old was a member of the Black Meteors but failed to travel with the team to Egypt due to injury.
