Ghana star Mohammed Kudus made a return to action on Sunday after a three-month injury lay-off after featuring in Ajax's 2-2 home draw with PSV Eindhoven.
The midfielder replaced Quincy Promes in the 81st minute at the Johan Cruijff Arena.
Kudus suffered a knee injury in October 2020 during their UEFA Champions League match against Liverpool.
He underwent an operation on his meniscus.
Kudus joined Ajax in a big money move from Danish side FC Nordsjaelland in the summer.
The 20-year-old made an instant impression in his first months at the club, winning two Man-of-the-Match accolades in three games.
